The GEL-KAYANO 29 shoe provides a stable running experience and a more responsive feel underfoot. With the low-profile external heel cap, this shoe envelops the foot with advanced rearfoot support.

We also updated the midsole with FF BLAST PLUS cushioning. This keeps the shoe light and provides more energy with every step.

There is LITETRUSS stability placed on the inside corner of the midsole. This shoe is designed to prevent the foot from turning too much inward during your stride.
