Complaint Procedure
If you have a complaint about your order, you can submit it as follows.
- Send an e-mail to customerservice@foris.nl. Describe the problem as clearly as possible and possibly add one or more photos. Also include a copy of your invoice or warranty certificate.
- You will receive a reply from us within one working day at the latest, often faster than expected.
- The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution for consumers, which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in this and cannot resolve disputes through this platform. We prefer to be in personal contact with you.
