Cooling-off period

We understand very well that after receiving your order you want to have a good look at the products, and in case of a nice bike you also want to feel what the bike is like. That is why we use a cooling-off period of 30 days after receipt of your purchase.

Not happy with your purchase? Is the size or colour not correct? Don't worry, you can still return your item and even your bike within 30 days of receiving all your products. After receipt you have 30 days to return your purchases. So feel free to view the product as you would in the shop. Example: take the bike out of the packaging and look at it from all sides. We would like to emphasize that the current 30-day trial period is clearly not a period of use during which you can use the product extensively before revocation.

Conditions for cooling-off period:

• You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• Cosmetics and personal care products that are sealed upon receipt, for example by means of cellophane or a sticker, may only be returned unopened and in the original undamaged packaging. Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products are therefore not taken back.
• A number of products are excluded from withdrawal, for this we refer to the general terms and conditions.
